Refined by Fire was founded on the belief that healing begins with safety. Originally created to support women impacted by sex trafficking, the mission focused on strengthening safehouses through staff training and trauma-informed mental health programming—helping survivors move beyond survival and into lasting growth.

As this work evolved, it became clear that the same principles of safety and regulation are essential far beyond crisis spaces. Refined by Fire now provides mental health consulting to workplaces and organizations, offering psychological education, emotion regulation, and conflict resolution skills. The goal is to reduce burnout, conflict, and turnover while improving employee satisfaction and overall workplace well-being.
